From this meeting, we will guide you in the best direction to take, and to see whether a network will be of benefit to you. With the information gathered from the initial meeting, we will design a preliminary network, and if possible, design multiple network scenarios.

Technical Support Priority and Escalation Process

The urgency of your situation should be communicated to the phone support at the beginning of the call. Please categorize the situation into one of the following levels:

  • Normal – Questions involve problems or issues that have minimal or no immediate impact on your operation or business.
  • High – Questions involving problems or issues that have a direct impact on your operation or business.  The system or process remains operational, but not with full capability. A high direct situation requires immediate or same day resolution. (Depending on the nature of the inquiry, same day resolution may not be possible)
  • DownThe system or process is down and requires immediate response.

In these situations, Xtreme Network Consulting support supervisors are automatically notified. When necessary, we will leverage additional technical support and engineering resources to resolve the problem quickly. To provide complete resolution to the problem, the customer must implement technical support recommendations and must be available for immediate follow-up.

  • Stage I (Scope): This stage is an information gathering and objective definition stage. This stage would be complete once both parties sign off on the goals and objectives. (Proposal)
  • Stage II (Plan): Depending on client requirement and platform, we can provide example website to review online. We will also decide on the hosting options if needed that best suited for the stated goals (as defined in stage I). We will work with the feedback provided by the customer to further refine the sketches and arrive at a final layout or WordPress, we will only create demo for the home page example.   • Stage III (Build): This stage will consist of populating the site with relevant content, the content will be provided by the customer. We will optimize all content for online use. This stage will also involve coding of any online forms and functionality. The end result of this stage will be a near completed website.
  • Stage IV (Test): This stage will see comprehensive testing by Xtreme Network Consulting, to ensure that the website will appear correctly on all Operating system platforms. Testing will be done to ensure compatibility with major browsers like IE Google Chrome and mobile ready with mobile phones.   • Stage V (Deploy):  The site will be uploaded to the live server. Final Quality assurance testing will be done. All links and formail scripts will undergo stress testing (in case of databases load testing will also be done) and regression testing.
